Alhamdulillah, I've started working since last Monday. So glad to be home. And thank God, my apartment and my car are in good conditions.

Nevertheless, we just lost Nek Soya, my nenek saudara, who had passed away last Wednesday. May Allah bless her soul and place her amongst His believers. Al-fatihah.

may this Ramadhan be our best so far. I've finished my dissertation and today is the DAY for submission. Insya-Allah, will be flying home for good on Monday. Can't wait to see my beloved Mak and so sick of eating my sahur alone!

Selain ganjaran RM1 juta, apakah sejarah akan terukir dengan kejayaan emas Olimpik sulung buat Malaysia? Harap-harap begitulah hendaknya.

If I were to get the promised RM1 million, mak oi... majlis perkahwinan saya langsungkan sebulan. Dan mungkin kahwin empat sekaligus. Hehehe. Gurau saja. Jangan tempelak saya, ya.

By the way, what do you guys think of the opening ceremony of 2008 Beijing Olympics? 

Insya-Allah, will be visiting Anne in Loughborough tomorrow morning.  Anne, my ex-collegemate from the MARA College Banting, is a superb cook.

She's from the same hometown as me, one of the cleanest cities in Malaysia i.e. Melaka.

Will be staying a night in Loughborough, and thank to Anne, will be staying at one of her male friends' place. According to her, there will be a couple of interesting acaras planned for me, during my stay in Loughborough, and one of them is karaoke session.

Oh, my... can't wait to show off my katak puru voice!

Insya-Allah, I'll be flying to Germany in a short while. Bremen to be specific. Then, I will travel to Hamburg, the second largest city in Germany and as I was reliably informed, it's the largest non-capital-city city in the whole Europe. And the second largest port after Rotterdam in Holland.

My third (fourth if you need to count Frankfurt which I visited in December 2007) and final stop in Germany will be Berlin. Once again, I'm doing this tour all by myself.

In that case, would appreciate it if you could pray for my safe journey. Thanks.

I got a bad news from Malaysia yesterday. It's about a friend of mine who had just broke up with his fiancee.

It all happened when his fiancee accidentally sent an explicit email, which was supposed to be addressed to her "scandal", to him. The girl later admitted that she had been seeing the other guy for quite some times, and this has definitely devastated my friend deeply. Both families were angry with the girl and if I've had heard correctly, the girl did attempt a suicide.

Oh, my... don't need to hear this thing again and again. Before this, a close friend of mine also had a trouble with his first engagement. But alhamdulillah, he met new girl and they're now happily married with a daughter. I hope no more divorce or putus tunang stories among my close friends. Six is too much for me! Don't you guys think so?

Alhamdulillah, I've safely arrived in UK after a week in Italy. It was a lovely trip but it was so hot over there. For instance, it was 39 celcius on the first day I arrived in Rome.

I would say my MOST favourite will the Leaning Tower in Pisa. Then, closely second is the Colosseo.

That's a question that I received, which I guess, responding to my previous post.

Of course, I'm seriously serious! This is a matter of your soulmate for the rest of your life, insya-Alah. Definitely, seriously it really matter to me.

"Don't you want to fall in love first before tieing the knot?"

Again, that will be the ideal situation because some of my family members only married after they fell in love with their spouses. And there are some who were arranged by their parents or the concerned and loving aunts.

So, if there is anyone interested out there, do not hesitate to approach me. Who knows we're meant for each other! 

"Why don't you do it together with your sister this December?", asked my aunt on one fine day.

"This, this December? December 2008?", I asked her back.

"Nope. December 2020! Of course lah, this December 2008?", she said half shouted.

"I don't even have anyone. And... I don't think I can get one that soon."

"You want me to find you one?"

Immediately, I bursted into a big laugh. But she put up a serious, really serious face. So, I stopped laughing.

"Okay!"

My aunt hugged before saying, "You're always my favourite nephew because you're sweet, obidient and smart. You won't regret it!"

As always, I just gave my sweetest smile. Did I do the right thing?

I just returned from a vacation with my cousin and her hubby in Spain, Belgium and Scotland. Alhamdulillah, the weather was very lovely in Spain, Belgium and Glasgow. But, unfortunately our two day stay in Edinburgh was affected by a chilling weather.

Anyhow, I had great times and can't wait for my part III of Europe tour, which is, insya-Allah, to Italy & Switzerland.
